Brief summary
Garsilius, dean, and the chapter of Our Lady at Aachen approve the agreement between Koenraad, cantor of the chapter, on the one hand, and the dean and chapter of St. Servaas at Maastricht, on the other, in which Koenraad, on behalf of the Chapter of Our Lady, transfers the ninth part (of the revenues) of the village and allodium of Dilsen in perpetual lease to the Chapter of St. Servaas in return for an annual payment of fifty shillings Liège.

Garsilius, Dei gratia decanus, totumque capitulum ecclesie Sancte Marie in Aquis notum facimus universis quod nos contractum, habitum nomine nostro per Cunradum, cantorem ecclesie nostre, cum venerabilibus viris .. decano et capitulo ecclesie Sancti Seruatii in Traiecto de nona ville et allodii de Dylsen ac omnium attinentium que nona spectat ad ecclesiam nostram, videlicet quod idem Cunradus, cantor noster, eandem nona predictis .. decano et capitulo Sancti Seruatii dedit nomine nostro ad firmam perpetuam annuatim pro quinquaginta solidis Leodiensis solvendis nobis singulis annis in Purificatione beate Marie virginis, ratum gerimus et acceptum et hoc sub sigillo ecclesie nostre et sigillo eiusdem cantoris nostri presentibus protestamur.

Garsilius, deken, en het voltallige kapittel van de Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk te Aken maken bekend dat zij de overeenkomst ratificeren en accepteren die Koenraad, voorzanger van hun kerk, uit hun naam heeft gesloten met deken en kapittel van de Sint-Servaaskerk te Maastricht over het negende deel van de opbrengsten van het dorp en allodium van Dilsen en alles wat erbij hoort, dat toebehoort aan de Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk. Koenraad heeft uit hun naam dit negende deel aan deken en kapittel van Sint-Servaas overgedragen in eeuwigdurende pacht tegen een jaarlijkse betaling van vijftig schelling Luiks.
