Brief summary
Hendrik, administrator of the convent St. Gerlach in Houthem, announces the decision he has taken at the request of the convent, of the nun Anna of St. Gerlach and of some of her friends. At the memorial service on the anniversary of the death of knight Gozewijn Dukere, five Liege shillings will be paid for a treat for the convent for the account of the goods at Weestenrode. Knight Gozewijn has assigned these goods to Anna for her maintenance. After Anna's death these goods are to become the property of the convent.

Universis hanc literam visuris frater Henricus, Dei gratia dictus prepositus ecclesie beati Gerlaci, Premonstratensis ordinis, Leodiensis diocesis, eternam in Domino salutem.
Protestamur testimonio presentium quod ad petitionem et instantiam nostri conventus et Anne, sororis ecclesie nostre, et quondam amicorum eius de bonis quibusdam apud Weestenrode iacentibus que bone memorie Goswinus, miles, dictus Dukere assignavit ad necessaria sua, quamdiu viveret, post vitam vero suam ecclesie nostre cessura, ordinavimus et stabilivimus ut in anniversario prefati Goswini, militis, ad pitantiam conventus quinque solidi Leodiensium denariorum singulis annis conventui nostro debeant perpetualiter administrari.
In huius rei testimonium et firmitatem sigilla nostra presenti cedule sunt appensa.

Hendrik, proost van het premonstratenzerklooster Sint-Gerlach, in het bisdom Luik, maakt bekend dat hij op verzoek van het convent, van Anna, non van Sint-Gerlach, en van enkele van haar vrienden heeft bepaald en bevestigd dat uit de goederen te Weestenrode, die wijlen Gozewijn Dukere, ridder, aan Anna heeft toegewezen voor haar levensonderhoud en die na haar dood moeten worden overgedragen aan het klooster, ieder jaar voor de pitantie van het convent bij het jaargetijde van Gozewijn vijf schelling Luiks aan het convent moet worden gegeven tot in de eeuwigheid.
